Led by our Director of Horticulture, Greg Paige, this informative session will cover the essential tools every gardener should have in their shed, how to match tools to specific tasks, and, most importantly, how to keep them in peak condition.

What to Expect:
This workshop is designed to help gardeners of all levels understand the importance of tool maintenance. You’ll learn about the different types of garden tools, from pruners to hoes, and how each tool can be used effectively in your garden. Our expert instructor will guide you through the best practices for tool care, including sharpening, cleaning, and storage.

The workshop will feature a live demonstration on how to properly care for and maintain your pruners, ensuring they stay sharp and functional for seasons to come.

Hands-On Experience:
Participants are encouraged to bring their hand pruners to the workshop for a spring cleaning session with professional guidance. You’ll learn how to sharpen, clean, and adjust your pruners, and leave with the knowledge to maintain them going forward.
