Father John Misty announced new US headlining shows for September 2025 in support of Mahashmashana, which includes DPAC.

Of his recent sold-out Kings and Beacon Theatre shows in New York this past February, Brooklyn Vegan raved, “Tillman is a master showman, working the stage, throwing shapes, and dancing, much to the delight of the crowd.” Meanwhile, the New York Times “The Amplifier” newsletter included his “Beacon Theatre” show in their “Favorite concerts” of the winter, saying Father John Misty is “a sharp satirist who knows exactly when to get unexpectedly sincere.” Finally, USA Today noted this charming assessment of his set from Kings Theatre attendees, “Fans gush over Father John Misty: ‘I never understood why people joined cults, then I saw him live.’”
