Enjoy Figulina’s Aperitivo Menu

Raleigh’s Figulina offers a special Aperitivo menu, available from 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Inspired by the Italian tradition of pre-meal drinks and snacks, the light menu of sips and light bites celebrates the ritual of Aperitivo, which comes from the Latin word meaning “to open” — a delightful way to prepare the palate before dinner.

Figulina’s Apertivo menu includes these cocktails: Aperol Spritz, Old Pal, Negroni, Paper Plane, and Hugo Spritz, and snacks: almonds, focaccia, olives, country ham, and ricotta-stuffed medjool dates — or enjoy all as a platter.
