The Dogwood Comedy Festival returns to ComedyWorx, Raleigh’s premier improv theater, featuring more than two dozen teams from across the Southeast, Virginia, Chicago, and beyond.

In its second year, the festival is growing and aims to become one of the largest and most exciting improv comedy festivals on the East Coast. This year’s headline performer and workshop instructor is Bianca Casusol of Second City New York, Magnet Theater, and NC Theater Conservatory. Casusol is no stranger to Triangle comedy audiences, and is excited to return to the Tar Heel State to perform and share her insights on improv comedy through four different workshops.

The festival will also include several local teams, including Raleigh’s own Capital City Culture Club, which performs improv inspired by local storytellers each month.
