Figulina is offering a special Roman menu from 5-10 p.m. Monday, March 31. Unlike the other wine dinners in the ongoing series, the Roman event will not be a prix fixe meal. Ellis will offer a special menu highlighting classic Roman dishes, including the four iconic Roman pasta dishes: cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana and alla gricia. The menu also includes appetizers, entrees, desserts and a special selection of Roman wines. Figulina was recently named a semifinalist for Best New Restaurant from the James Beard Foundation.
