Tiki Fest at Wolfe & Porter

Wolfe & Porter is hosting Tiki Fest to celebrate its grand opening with live bands, food trucks and special cocktails. Wolfe & Porter is a craft cocktail bar, which takes its name from two of North Carolina’s most famous authors: Thomas Wolfe and William Sydney Porter (aka, O. Henry), hosts two unique bars in its expansive indoor and outdoor space.

Tiki Fest will be from 4 p.m.-midnight Saturday, May 18. (The bar opens at noon.) The festivities include live music by Tonk, Kicking Bird, My Sister Maura and Charlie Paso, as well as food trucks and giveaways. Both Wolfe & Porter, the upper bar, and The Cellar Liquor Bar, the lower bar, will be serving a special menu of tiki cocktails, including Fog Cutter, Painkiller and a frozen Jungle Bird. The event partners include Dogwood State Bank, Milberg law firm, Bell’s Brewery, Campari and Tikican.
