YMCA of the Triangle’s programs support kids, the community

YMCA is one of the most common acronyms in the United States, and for good reason. The Young Men’s Christian Association was founded in 1844 and today serves as a place of exercise, camps, classes, and worship for millions. And its local presence is quite palpable, since the YMCA of the Triangle is one of the largest branches in the country. There currently are 13 locations in Apex, Cary, Durham, Garner, Raleigh, Sanford and Wake Forest for residents.
